Features like trey ceilings, crown molding and other custom work will contribute to cost variations on what may otherwise look like similar projects. It is our belief that as a partner with our client we can create the most value for your dollars spent. Q: Who will be supervising our project?

A: Your project will be supervised by one of the principles of the company. These principles are the owners of the corporation and actually take primary roles in the construction of the project. The principles include Christopher Anderson, Owner and Project Manager.

A: We accept  personal checks, bank drafts, or paypal.

 

Q: What is included in your pricing?

A: We are a full service basement company that takes your project from unusable space to fully functional, ready to live in space. So a completed project includes everything from the ground up, including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, sheetrock, flooring, insulation, fixtures, paint (primer and finish colors of your choice), energy efficient light bulbs, & some TLC to make the basement your own.
